Arbitrage: Trading methodology where a commodity is bought and sold simultaneously, in different markets taking advantage of small price differences to generate profits
API: Application Programming Interface; A interface(connection) between multiple software intermediaries.
API Key: The authentication credentials specific to your account to enable access through the API, enabling control of your account by software
Arb Cycle: The full arb(itrage) cycle of sending Rands from a South African Bank, to an international CATP, buying crypto, transferring that to a South African CATP, selling it back into Rands and withdrawing it back to the traders South African Bank.
Bot: The combination of our software and your parameters that automates your trading.
SDA: Single Discretionary Allowance of R1M per calender year; an allowance provided to all South African natural persons over the age of 18 to remit funds abroad.
FIA: Foreign Investment Allowance of R10M per calender year; allowance as above.
Commodity: General term describing something that can be bought and sold, usually on a market or CATP.
Trader: A natural person who participates in Online Trading and in the context of this document; our client.
Crypto Asset Trading Platform (CATP): A market or exchange where various crypto commodities can be bought and sold.
Market: A general term used to describe the ecosystem of CATPs, where commodities such as crypto and fiat can be exchanged between traders.

Crypto: Electronic commodity that is obtainable on various CATPs. It can be bought, sold and transferred. Also known as cryptocurrency.
Fiat: Traditional or “Central Bank Controlled” currency for a specific country or economic zone. In our context, usually USD and ZAR.
USD: United States Dollar or $
ZAR: South African Rands or R
Working Capital: An amount of fiat that you have transferred to a CATP.
