Control / Custody of your Money

You will be trading in your personal capacity as a natural person with legal personality. We provide support services and trading system that allows your to run your own trading bot that plugs into your crypto asset trading platform (CATP) account(s) via API. At no point do we have custody or control of your working capital (or crypto).

Your Accounts with Other Entities

In order to perform arbitrage trading you will need accounts on various CATPs. Should any conflict or situation arise where our service has resulted in a potential breach of your agreement with them, we ask that you notify us immediately of the potential breach so that we may rectify the situation and avoid termination of an account.

Crypto Legal Status

Crypto is currently unregulated in South Africa and therefore not bound by any legal acts in South Africa. No licensing is required in terms of trading with it crypto or trading on the related CATPs.

Liability

We accept no liability for any losses incurred in any way. You will not hold us liable for any legal issues that may arise directly or indirectly from use of our service or any related eventualities that may occur.
